NYC Menu Insights Q2 2026
Ground Signal’s latest Menu Analysis takes a year-over-year look at the New York City DMA, drawing on cocktail menus from more than 5,300 independent on-premise accounts. This edition tracks how menu placement shifted across Vodka, Liqueur, Rum, Whiskey, Tequila, and Gin — spanning the challenger brands climbing the ranks, the leaders holding their ground, and the cocktails reshaping menus. Menu share reflects operator decisions about what to feature, not consumer sales.
Key Findings Include:
  • Codigo 1530 is on the move in Tequila, climbing four rank positions to #11 and growing menu share by +52% to reach 2.6% of NYC Tequila cocktail menus.
  • Tito’s continues to command Vodka in New York City, holding the #1 spot with 26% menu share — a ten-point lead over the next brand and still growing +2.4% year over year.
  • The Espresso Martini keeps gaining ground, now featured on 37% of NYC Vodka cocktail menus (+15%) and rising in parallel across Liqueur, Rum, Tequila, and Whiskey menus — a genuine cross-category momentum play.
